The location is really convenient, easily accessible from Haneda Airport via Keikyu line, one way was about ¥350. It’s also connected to Yamatone line which is easy for me to visit the attractions. The exit of the Sengakuji station and Takanawa station are straight forward, you won’t get lost like you would in other main stations. The area is quiet, with mostly apartments and office buildings around, not many shops which is what I prefer. However there are a few restaurants around, and a convenient store, getting food late night is not an issue at all. The free onsen is the best thing about the hotel, especially after a big walk during the day. The room is clean and small, Japanese standard, which is fine. There are standard amenities, fresh linens are provided everyday. The bed is comfy. I didn’t have breakfast, so there’s not much I can say about it. If you want somewhere buzzing like Shinjuku or Shibuya, this is not the place for you. The hotel TV does provide a lot of useful information. No issues with Wifi.

Very conveniently located right next to the train station. It easily connects to the main areas in Tokyo. Although the room was quite small for our luggages, it was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The toilet was spacious and well-stocked too. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was getting to soak in the rooftop onsen every night. There is a screen on the tv that helps us to monitor the crowd level at the onsen for both genders so that was really helpful for us to decide what time we should go. The onsen itself was clean, well-maintained and very enjoyable with all the amenities you’d need. The staff was very helpful too and assisted us when we needed a luggage scale to weigh our bags as well as luggage storage post-check out.

It is located close to 2 railway stations, easy to reach on foot. The street is busy, but it did not disturb our stay in the hotel, the windows were soundproof. From the top (non smoking) floors there is a wonderful view to the city. There are vending machines, ice machines, washing machines and a bath for male and female guests. It is a safe hotel, the room key provides access to the elevator. The receptionists are very helpful. (If you need a bill of your stay ask for it at the hotel reception, because via Booking.com it is very difficult to get it.) You may leave your luggage at the lobby after checking out for that day.

I chose this hotel based on location, as it was central to where I wanted to travel. The hotel is just a few steps away from the Sengakuji station exit, so it was very convenient. Although checkout is at an early 10am, they do have free baggage storage available. The room was clean, with fresh towel and toiletries provided daily in bags hung by the door. Size of the room was great for single traveler. Staff spoke English and were helpful and welcoming.

- The staff was amazing and very accommodating. - The breakfast had many options for Japanese and non-Japanese patrons. - The location of the hotel was next to the Sengakuji Station which has access to the Akasuka and Keikyu lines. - The price of our stay was very reasonable. - Although we didn't utilize it, the hotel has a spa located on the 21st floor which simulates a natural hotspring.
